State Council Selection:
To access your State Council please go to the window on the right-hand side of the web site in the window titled "Available State Councils". Click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the state displayed (usually "Alabama"), click on the desired state, and press the "Submit" button below in that window.

FREE Correspondence Courses:
These courses can be downloaded from either the "Home" page or any State Council page. To review our selection of approved FREE correspondence courses please go the the window at the bottom of the web site titled "Courses" and click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the course displayed (usually "Contract Law #0003790"). Click on the desired course, and press the "Submit" button on the right side of that window. All courses are in Adobe Acrobat format. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, be sure to load and install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer before attempting to load these Courses. All of these correspondence courses are FREE to review and take. We will grade, report successful completion to the appropriate state authority (where required by law),  and present diplomas to current Council members.

Existing Members:
To create your "User Name" and "Password" please click on the "Become a Council Member or Renew your Membership Now" link at the upper right-hand corner of the web site. After creating your "User Name" and "Password" you will be able to log in through the "Login" window or by clicking on the "Member Log In" link at the upper right-hand corner of the web site. 

New Members:
To create your "User Name", "Password", and all other necessary data for membership in your Council, please click on the "Become a Council Member or Renew your Membership Now" link at the upper right-hand corner of the web site. After creating your "User Name" and "Password" you will be able to log in through the "Login" window or by clicking on the "Member Log In" link at the upper right-hand corner of the web site.
